Complete the following fields to create your account for MAP. Keep this account information in case you need to save your form and return to finish it at a later date.

Note to parents/guardians: If you have multiple children applying (or who have applied) for admission, each student will be required to create their own accounts with a unique student email address.

This account uniquely identifies you within the MAP system.

Do not use nicknames.

(This account can only be used for you. You may change your birth date this one time, so please ensure you're setting it accurately to your birth date.)
(Enter your current email address carefully, it cannot be changed after account creation or re-used for another account. This is our primary method of correspondence.)

Parent/Guardian Information (Optional)

This email address may be used on multiple accounts and will be used for family correspondence.

Account Information

Passwords must contain at least 8 characters, one capital letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.

Additional Information

As a school/district staff member, you will have access to MAP as a student would see it, but your account will not be included in any of the reports. Additionally, a verification process will confirm your affiliation with the school(s) you select below, after which you will be granted access to the Counselor Portal.
